Fundraising Depends on You!

Improvement, maintenance and ensuring the safety of our cross country course takes vision, work and money. We are a not-for-profit organization and invest all monies received into the course. Our amazing board members receive no renumeration or salaries. They, along with a cadre of hard-core volunteers dedicate thousands of hours of personal time and sweat labor. We've invested over $400,000 in our course, not counting thousands of dollars of in-kind donations and volunteer hours. Our focus remains on refining the footing, expanding tracks (we have over 7,700 meters of fabulous tracks already) and adding additional challenges for all levels. Lease fees, insurance, and general operations costs hover around $20,000 a year.

You can help with donations, sponsorships or fundraising. We accept donations large and small in a number of ways. You may send us a check, use a credit card, Apple Pay, or a dedicated PayPal donation page. To donate, click here. You can also work with us to designate SAzEA as part of your estate’s planned giving program.

We also support payroll/matching donations from employers. Simply ask your HR department and we will work with you to plan your payroll deduction giving.

Jump or Show sponsorship is a great way to help, and to receive recognition for yourself, your business, or your organization.

As a jump sponsor your name, or the name of your company or organization, is displayed on a cross country jump on our course. Jump sponsorships start at $1,000, run a full year (two sanctioned Horse Trials) and are recognized in our event premiums, social media, and our website. Legacy jump sponsorships start at $5,000 receive permanent recognition and the ability to personalize the jump design. We offer advertising options, banners and program advertising.
